So I decided to invest in the 3 Day Refresh following a cruise & the Easter Holiday. I kind of dragged my husband along for this ride. We knew what we were getting ourselves into and saw results before, however, not like this.
Before, we were a little better about our eating habits, but somewhere along the way we have found ourselves completely off track.
