November is All About Giving Thanks
My coach and friend challenged me to a 21 day gratitude challenge, and I invite you to join. The challenge is pinned and posted on my Sassy Strong Fit Mom like page. I am posting daily on my personal page.
Personally: The top 2 things I am thankful for, are my family and my health. My family is near and dear to me. I am thankful that my father survived a massive heart attack, and my son Luke beat menegitis at 5 days old. I am thankful for my health, that was jumpstarted by joining a Beachbody Challenge Group, and helped lead me to an early cancer diagnosis. Only after losing weight did I discover a lump. I am thankful to be cancer free, and healthy!
What are you thankful for?

Hey there! I am editing this from my social media post. This recipe had more than enough butter and sweetness, so I have adjusted it slightly to be a little more rich in nutrients :) This is super simple and has great flavors. Enjoy!
2 medium butternut squash
3 small sweet potatoes
4 small apples
5 T butter
6 T pure maple syrup
1/3 c of chopped walnuts
1/2 t cinnamon
Cube squash, potatoes, and apples. Melt butter and mix syrup and cinnamon, mix with squash, apples and potatoes. Put in baking dish and sprinkle walnuts on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes
