Hey there! I am editing this from my social media post. This recipe had more than enough butter and sweetness, so I have adjusted it slightly to be a little more rich in nutrients :) This is super simple and has great flavors. Enjoy!
2 medium butternut squash
3 small sweet potatoes
4 small apples
5 T butter
6 T pure maple syrup
1/3 c of chopped walnuts
1/2 t cinnamon
Cube squash, potatoes, and apples. Melt butter and mix syrup and cinnamon, mix with squash, apples and potatoes. Put in baking dish and sprinkle walnuts on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes
