Virtual Fit Club!
I am beginning a vitrual fit club on Thursdays! All times will be Eastern Standard Time. I would love to get your feed back as to which times work best for you to join us! All workouts will be about 36 minutes or less. It will be a different workout each week. This week's workout will be T25 Speed 1.0.
