This time of year is tough to eat well. As we head to work Christmas parties, friend get togethers, reunions, and the holidays themselves, it seems it never ends. Let me set the record straight, I LOVE FOOD! However, I refuse to let go of the body I have worked for just to overindulge between the holidays. In year's past I have definitely felt like the cartoon to the right, but not this year.
This 21 day slim down will officially start December 1st and end the 22nd. On the 24th of November we will begin to go over some basics. So you will get to enjoy Thanksgiving and Christmas meals guilt free. Just enjoy the company of family and friends with no worries.
During this 21 days you will be drinking Shakeology and encouraged to work out. We will practice meal planning and Clean Eating. You will be given tips on how to manage your meals and your time to incorporate your workouts. By the end of the 21 days you will have a better idea of food portions and healthy food choices. So let's flock together after Thanksgiving and start your journey to a better you. Let's face it the best present you can give yourself is to feel good about yourself. Let's have a confident and carefree Christmas!
