Some tips about this recipe, it is spicy, so next time I may cool it down by adding celery to the veggie mix, and a little less Red Hot, and some greek yogurt to add some creaminess. These are just some options, if you try and like adjustments, please let me know! Other than the heat this is delicious and nutritions. It is high in protein, it has good fats, and a great mix of veggies with the cabbage, broccoli, carrots, and onions. This is a great way to sneak in some veggies for kids, if you tone down the heat!
